Returns & Exchanges

At tickit®, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if a fit isn't right, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and peel off the provided prepaid shipping label to attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Shipment

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point as indicated on your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
